Large Scale Network Expansion

 

We mobilised and led a €6.5bn, 5 year network expansion programme across 16 countries to extend cable network coverage to an addition 13m homes.

 

The programme delivered the design, build and rollout of a central GIS network design and planning tool as well as the creation and outsourcing of a central design house service providing the detailed planning documentation and permits necessary for construction within each country. Centralised capabilities provided single source leadership reporting and the ability to realise €multi-m commercial savings.
