We provided Consultancy and Interim Management for an international broadcast Company following the acquisition of a software services company.

​

This initially included setting out a clear integration strategy to adopt best practice ways of working and realise key performance targets.  It then involved the implementation of the strategy, the day to day line management of the department and the resourcing and mentoring of the staff into a world class team.
