Telecoms CRM Transformation 

We were responsible for Programme leadership, solution design, technical project management, business change and testing for the implementation of an end-to-end Oracle CRM solution supporting €1bn annual revenue for an International Telecoms client.

 

This included the end to end transformation of their ‘order to cash’ processes and complete order management automation for ethernet and cloud based products and services. It also involved the implementation of mobile technologies for field services engineering and the creation of a single ‘Customer Hub’.
