We would now like to start gathering the documents we need to carry out

your BPSS Security Screening.

 

1/ We should have sent a link to a secure members area in google for you to upload docs for us.

The documents we need are

Copy of passport photo page

Copy of Driving License

One form of address ID - Council Tax bill, Bank or Utility statement 

 

2/ Please click here to complete a form we require

3/ We will then e-mail you a link to enter details for a DBS search

 

4/ We would also like to request you send in to me a recent passport style photo with a clear white background preferably in JPEG format, it needs to be in focus and without any red eye, in colour with no effects or filters, be at least 600 pixels wide and 750 pixels tall and be at least 50kb and no more than 10mb in file size, must fit in your head, shoulders into the photo. It doesn't need to be cropped and needs to be taken against a plain, light-coloured background, contact no other objects of people, not have any shadows on your face or behind you and have been taken in the past six months.
